Sebastian Wasner advises companies of all sizes on legal matters related to advertising and marketing, with a particular focus on competition law. He supports clients from the earliest stages of product development and campaign planning to ensure creative ideas are implemented in compliance with the law.

He represents his clients’ interests both in and out of court – whether pursuing action against unlawful advertising by competitors or defending against claims brought by other businesses or associations.

Sebastian studied law at the University of Regensburg and Humboldt University of Berlin, specializing in competition and intellectual property law.

After passing his first state examination, he worked as a research assistant at an international consulting firm in the field of IP and IT law. During his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal, he worked for the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information and the legal department of Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg. Before joining JBViniol, Sebastian spent several years as a lawyer at JBB Rechtsanwält:innen.
