Jeannette Viniol specializes in advertising and competition law with a particular focus on health-related advertising. She supports companies in developing legally compliant yet creative marketing strategies and represents their interests in court and out-of-court disputes. Jeannette Viniol is an experienced litigator.

After studying in Saarbrücken, Lille, and Warwick and completing a doctorate on a patent and antitrust law topic at the Technical University of Dresden, she began her career as a consultant at the German Advertising Association (ZAW) before joining JBB Rechtsanwälte in 2016.

Jeannette Viniol is a founding partner of the law firm JBViniol.
